3g USB dongle stopped working in Ubuntu 10.04

If your 3g USB dongle stopped working in Ubuntu 10.04, install the usb-modeswitch package. It fixed the problem for me.

    You can always do it the manual way. In instance, I've got an example with the Vodafone Huawei USB modem that maybe you could find usefull (thanks to Ramiro!).
