KDE Applications and Platform 4.13 Schedule

You can find the release schedule for KDE Applications and Platform 4.13 at http://techbase.kde.org/Schedules/KDE4/4.13_Release_Schedule

This schedule consolidates the changes made for 4.12 since it seems to have worked well.

Also remember that 4.13 will be applications and kdelibs only; KDE Workspace (aka Plasma) will be getting 4.11.x LTS releases until August 2015

    I kind of see no point in continuing to add new features in applications in KDE 4.x, because already there are only few minor features in new releases, so I think it would be a great idea to put Applications and Platform in the same feature freeze like Workspace. So developers could focus purely on Qt5/QML thing. But that's just my opinion :)
