Plucker/Palm support removed from Okular for 24.05

We recently remove the Plucker/Palm support in Okular, because it was unmaintained and we didn't even find [m]any suitable file to test it.

If you are using it, you have a few months to step up and bring it back, if not, let's have it rest.

What is plucker / palm? Never heart of it before. Or is it the organizer from 25 years ago?

If you don't know what it is, you're not using it ;)

P.S: Yes, that, it's that.

Couldn't miss the opportunity to say *it's been plucked*!
Don't worry, I'll show myself out now

For people actually interested in this, starting from this email to understand the scope of the problem:

Ha, I used to use Plucker with my Palm back in 2004-06, back when Internet connectivity was still dial-up in most places and I wanted to carry around a snapshot of a web page--albeit a reduced quality web page. It worked well, but yes, this format has no place in modern software like Okular.
